"Staff was very cordial. Room was clean. Breakfast both days was very disappointing. It was not well stocked,and no kitchen staff readily accessible. Spoke to Front desk clerk who made efforts to remedy the situation."

"The room was not cleaned during our 3-night stay. Clean towels had to be requested at the front desk. The front desk staff was very apologetic, but unable to address/resolve the issue. In my 60+ years of business/personal travel, this was a first time experice. So, I do count myself fortunate; however, I will not plan another stay at Home2 Suites. My son had a much worse experience during this same timeframe, same hotel, which also involved downright unnecessary rudeness from on-site...

"The online pictures look very nice, and they do look like the pictures but once inside the room it is nasty feeling, looks like they haven’t been properly maintained for years. You can tell they are used as weekly and/or monthly rentals. Disappointing and deceiving !!!!"

"It was a good price and a safe place to sleep. The lobby and the room both smelled very musty like extremely musty. Every time the AC came on it smelled like mildew. But it was doable and it was the best price in the area and all we needed was a few hours sleep which we got. Check-in was easy and everything worked"

"I called ahead specifically to ask if they had a hot tub (not just a jetted tub) and was told yes. When we arrived, it turned out to be a single-seat jetted bathtub, not an actual hot tub. It also had an unpleasant smell. We chose not to stay and walked out, but were still charged for the full night. Very disappointing experience and not what was represented over the phone. I would not recommend."
