"The hotel was amazing and staff went over and above to make sure the guests have a comfortable stay. Ideal central location, excellent breakfast with plenty of choices in Qube, great Qube team.Travel arrangements from Concierge were excellent and special appreciation to Dolly and team. Govind and Tej from travel team made sure everything right from airport pick up to final drop off was perfect. Lounge staff, Jamavar team and Reception desk team were very helpful."

"Take a step back in history. The hotel and its ambience makes you feel like a victorian explorer. The team from front of house through to the excellent guys at the 1911 bar were welcoming and efficient. Glad I made the decision to stay here"

"Location very good, shower very good, wifi very good, breakfast very good. Very Big minus points : very VERY noisy, we can hear the next door guys caughing :( so then anything else they do, laugh, speak on the phone, right into your room, makes it very very hard to sleep. Second big minus point, beds are very VERY bad. Just like a plank of wood and a piece of sheet (pun intended) on it. Very painful for your back. Also the swimming pool we see on the pictures, is NOT the hotel's. It's the next...

"I arrived late mid-night. Mr Lokesh was up and check in was super easy. The room was ready and clean. Lokesh was very helpful to always check if i needed anything. Good Hospitality. "

"Premium Delux Room Booked for 2 nights. Breakfast was Not included in this room, even as the booking Agency (Expedia) confirmation says it is. The hotel charged 3894 rupees ie $40 per night (on top per room) for breakfast, so factor that extra cost in. There was also no free welcome drink as advertised and as confirmed on the booking."

"The breakfast was decent, but there were many problems during our stay- the bedsheet were dirty during check in. Plus, we had dinner at the coffee shop- the food was lower than average but service was awful! Taj does take complaints and feedback seriously which makes the stay better than average. Hope it helps!"

"I thought this was a five star property, but actually not near that level. The rooms are very small and dated. The shower has no barrier and water always spills out. On the very first day, I was thinking moving out even losing some money. But did not because of good breakfast and helpful staff. Location is central and uber can easily find out the place. The staff tried best to clean room. The furnitures were simply dirty. I don't know whether expedia will publish this review."

"The rooms were very clean, exactly like in the pictures. Items like dental kit, water, loofa, snacks are complementary. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall, a good stay for a good price. Just, mind that it says that shuttle from the airport is available and it’s not… I tried messaging and got no answer so, called and asked about it and they said that they didn’t provide that service. Other than that, it was all according to description "

"환불불가 상품에 날짜를 잘못 선택해 예약했는데, 사정을 설명하니 흔쾌히 날짜를 수정해 주셨어요. 제가 묵은 방에는 큰 창문이 없어(창문이 있긴 하나, 에어컨 실외기가 놓여있고 비둘기들이 모여서 창문이 무용지물이었음) 방 안이 다소 습하긴 하였으나 묵는 동안 잘 지냈습니다. 친구 가족이 과거 묵었을 때 좋았다고 해서 추천 받아 간 곳인데, 추천한대로 괜찮더라구요. 숙소 사장님은 밝은 성격에 외향적인 분으로 인도 여행 관련 정보를 많이 알려주셨고요, 필요한 것들 요청하면 보통 5분 이내로 바로 처리해 주셨습니다. 건물 경비 분(특히 밤에 근무하시는 분)은 저희가 아그라, 자이푸르에 간다고 새벽 5시에 나가는 바람에 잠을 깨웠음에도 친절하게 문 열어주셔서 감사하고 죄송했어요. 참, 호텔이 위치한 동네 자체가 조용한 주택가라 안전했습니다!
