"Pretty nice place! The staff felt a little rude and lol, the lift never arrives!! And it was unfortunate for us that the rfid detector to open the door stopped working randomly because of a battery problem and we had to go up and down multiple times thinking it was a key problem."

"the valet, door and desk attendants, and the housekeeping staff are all so incredibly kind!! the hotel itself is very beautiful and well kept. the bathroom was overall clean, however i couldn’t help but notice yellow buildup in some harder to reach places on the shower floor. the breakfast food and drinks are very good, however the wait staff isn’t the kindest. there was a private event happening in the hotel during our stay, so some of the amenities that were advertised by email after booking...

"This was a terrible experience staying at the inn. The room was dirty, and smelled like moth balls when I arrived and bed had dirty sheets. Upon trying to change my room I was told there were no others available and if I wanted to I could pay to upgrade to a bigger room, even though online showed there were 7 rooms available. I had stayed here weeks before with a good experience, but this time was just not enjoyable. I checked out and went to a clean hotel."

"I enjoyed the Ven Hotel very much. The location was close to the metro which you can use to easily get around the entire city. And in general the hotel is close to a lot of main attractions. The hotel has a bar and restaurant which we didn’t use but seemed very inviting. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The staff advised us on finding restaurants. The hotel roof has a pool a bar and lounge chairs and a great view of the city! Washington was a great city and I would definitely...
