"Excellent, hotel with friendly staff, great food, comfortable room, we loved the interior design and how close it was to the centre of Norwich but very quiet at night. It was really nice to relax properly. We stayed one night, next time it will be longer."

"Things were not great during my stay. The food was awful, and breakfast was particularly disappointing. My room was not clean, and the bed was uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no staff available at checkout. On top of that, the invoice I was given was incorrect and did not reflect the amount that had already been paid through Expedia. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation."

"Perfect location for a city break in Norwich. Clean and quiet, onset parking. All staff very friendly and welcoming. We were very happy with the aircon room as we stayed during the peak of heatwave week. However there's no fridge in the room so no where to keep our drinks cool. Overall room was quiet, spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Yes we would recommend this hotel to others."
