"Got a fabulous night's sleep, would have liked a desk, chair, sitting on bed to do some things in daily life is a bit frustrating, even if a pull out attachment to the wall, small facility downstairs, for snacks but I'm not a cashless fan so, I went out to spread the cash outdoors, overall fantastic location, service, friendliness, perfect, great stay thank you! "Parking across the road was fab, discount given too from the hotel for parking. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. Room was nice, clean but air conditioning didn't seem to be working too well, Room was very warm despite the hotel rebooting the air conditioning system. "Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a disabled access which was great. Only negative. No air conditioning, but we asked for a fan and we were given a large fan on a stand, which was sufficient. Breakfast was fantastic good quality and freshly made."

"Booked this hotel very last minute, due to another Hotel/Hostel (RS Hotel Leeds) informing us our booking had been cancelled even though we had all confirmation details and was still active....all this when you're checking in at 4pm to head to a concert at Leeds for 7pm start. In panic on Sat afternoon needed a hotel in the centre and found Quebec on Expedia, just round the corner from where we were. Booked and walked to the hotel, even before they had confirmation of the booking. Staff...
