"The property was beautiful but there were several issues that were hard to look past. Half the elevators were out of service, pool had no towels consistently and not enough chairs. Housekeeping left our door open twice, even after bringing it to the front desk’s attention the first time. Can’t even get housekeeping service without an additional $100 charge, but we were able to get them to drop off towels, woo hoo. (Hence them leaving the door open).
