"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

"The hotel is fine - I would struggle to say 5 star. The pool is nice but by a busy road and the terrace is lovely with great views over the port. We booked a cathedral view room but there was a massive palm tree in the way as we were on the 1st floor. However, there is no free water in the room - you have to use the mini bar at €5 per bottle. Our room was not serviced in the morning when we were out. When it was eventually serviced after I called the maid barged passed us as we were trying...

"Everything was excellent; - location in the old town - quiet area but minutes walk from all the attractions, shops and restaurants, - large, clean and well maintained room - staff helpfulness, - breakfast, with good selection of fresh produce, - rooftop bar and sitting area to retire to and soak up some sunshine. Thoroughly recommend it."

"Très bien situé avec un look moderne et impressionnant. La terrasse sur le toit est magnifique et le restaurant CUIT offre une vue exceptionnelle ainsi qu’un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Par contre, aucun stationnement ni service de voiturier n’est offert. Il faut utiliser un stationnement public situé à environ deux coins de rue, ce qui peut être moins pratique, surtout puisqu’il n’y a pas d’espace prévu pour débarquer les valises à l’arrivée et au départ."

"Love staying at the isla Mallorca, no rush for sun beds and it’s nice and chilled. Good gym, but wish it opened earlier and upper terrace with small plunge pool. Larger pool below, all well maintained. Nice pool bar, drinks and food great. Rooms modern and well kept."
