Very tastful room in a beautiful villa with a great garden. The landlord provided us with a wonderful breakfast and good tips for sights that were off the beaten track. Parking on the ground was free.

La struttura ha una posizione un po' in disparte, ma la rende particolare sotto vari aspetti. Anche se vicino alla superstrada è alquanto silenziosa e il parcheggio è molto vicino alla camera. Pulizia e ordine la fanno da padrona.

immerso nella natura e non troppo lontano dai servizi. piccola nota critica: peccato non sia previsto un piccolo servizio bar per evitare cialde industriali. Apprezzabile la presenza di dolci casarecci e frutta fresca in alternativa a prodotti industriali.

Camera pulita, ma purtroppo niente acqua calda ne la sera ne la mattina. Colazione, uscito alle 8 dalla stanza, c'erano solo merende in busta e fette biscottate. Non so cosa c'era prima e se c'era. Nessun tipo di informazione su dove trovare le posate. Non c'era nessuno a presidiare. Comunque sarò stato sportunato io. Sicuramente ai costi sostenuti, meglio in hotel. Parcheggio interno alla villa. Un po internato, ma in macchina c'è tutto vicino

Qualità - Professionalità e relax

Si trova in campagna, a soli 4km dal centro di Melfi e comodissimo per tutte le vie di accesso nei paraggi. Luogo tranquillo, molto ben tenuto, pulizia sia nelle camere che nei luoghi comuni perfetta. Cordialità e professionalità del proprietario ne fanno il top. Consiglio a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Melfi per qualsiasi motivo ( lavoro, turismo..). Inoltre aggiungo veramente un ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità

Struttura splendida, attrezzata di tutti i comfort, pulizia eccellente, collegata in modo ottimale sia con la città che con i vari raccordi stradali. Colazione ricca di prodotti eccellenti sia dolce che salato e infine proprietari che ti fanno sentire a casa. Ci tornerei volentieri alla prossima occasione di soggiorno in Basilicata!
