"Check-in was a breeze, room is clean and well-maintained. Did not like the bathroom door though, it’s a shared door where you could use it to either close the shower or the toilet area. Convenient parking within building, but would be better if the cost could be included Simple breakfast options, nothing to shout about. Very easy self check-out via room tv"

"Room was clean and quite spacious. Love that we could open windows and had a little balcony. Room temp control was a bit temperamental but eventually managed to turn aircon off. Breakfast was great with lots of hot/cold options and a decent coffee machine. Evacuation added some excitement to the stay late at night. Had to wait outside while fireys investigated - seems it was a wiring issue."

"Location is brilliant - just across the road from the Southern Cross Station where Skybus provides express passage to/from the airport. Also lots of food options, convenience stores and shopping nearby. Checking in/out was a breeze and the staff (including housekeeping) always helpful. We are grateful for a small grace period given to check out a wee bit later. Facilities - we didn’t use but a more than adequate gym and a decent swimming pool. Room was quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. Basic amenities were there together with a good refrigerator, great smart TV and in-room safe. My only gripe was the bit of morning light seeping in from the sides of the roller blinds. But that’s me - I tend to wake up late. Thanks, Atlantis!"
