My husband and I had to stay somewhere close to the Alfred as my husband had to have a MRI . We were upgraded from a two bedroom apartment to a three bedroom two bathroom penthouse . The penthouse was clean and we had a awesome stay . Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to COVID 19 but Roscos delivered to the door . Will definitely going back to the Mantra hopefully under better circumstances.

We loved our stay here the apartment was spacious clean snd well appointed would be great for a longer stay;we had fantastic views of albert park it was a short walk to the alfred hospital too

The paintings were wonderful with a great theme throughout the hotel with furniture to match the theme. I had a beautiful chaise lounge in my room. Very comfortable for a night before and after hospital close to the Alfred. Only negative was that the stairs in front of the hotel are low compared to average and not well lit at night as well as being dark grey. I tripped and fell down the last three on my walk to the hospital to have my procedure scraping my shin and both knees.

Mantra St Kilda

We had some very noisy neighbors the first night and did not report to the Staff. The noise continued the next night and we reported to the staff. They Handled the complaint very professionally and the noise stopped the next night. We were told if it happened again to contact them straight away but all was good from here on.

We require an accessible room and was very happy with it, as it definitely had all the requirements that we needed. Unfortunately there was an electrical problem with our room, and they had no more accessible rooms. They did try to see if my husband could manage in another room but unfortunately he couldn’t. We live in the country so that is why we stayed the night before our appointment at the Alfred hospital in the morning. The staff were fantastic and found us other suitable accommodation close to the hospital at no extra cost to us, which we are very grateful for. Could not have asked for better service from the manager and staff on that day. Would definitely stay there again.
