"Parking is limited save for what is available on the street in a residential area. That said, I did not experience any problems with parking during my visit. The residence was clean, comfortable, well equipped and handy to shopping. Staff attention was responsive when/if required. I would stay here again."

"I had a very pleasant stay at **Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa East - Orleans by IHG**. The hotel offers great comfort and excellent service. The **restaurant** was especially impressive — the breakfast was delicious, varied, and very well prepared. My **room was spacious**, clean, and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. The **front desk staff were extremely helpful and cooperative**, always ready to assist with a smile. I have just one small suggestion for improvement: in the **bathroom**, it would be very convenient to have a clothes hanger or hook installed on the inside of the door. Overall, this is a very good hotel that I would happily recommend and stay at again. "
