Everything you would expect from a 5 star resort. Most importantly, all of their staff were attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay in this resort again the next time I am in Ubud.

The hotel requires the ability to walk up and down slopes and stairs. The hotel is quite large and spread over a large area. A map of the premises would have been nice. None was available. The staff was wonderful as was the food. There is even a wood fired pizza oven. There is a shuttle to and from Ubud several times a day so the guest is not a captive. Other services such as tours and car rentals are available through the hotel, but there is little information on services, other than a...

I was so fortunate to stay at Bhumi Sangtu Ubud by AHM for my very first visit to Bali and Ubud. Thanks to the staff, who were always incredibly attentive and thoughtful, I had an extremely comfortable and relaxing time. The fact that it is away from Ubud Center is actually one of its biggest charms. Located just off the main road on a street with local houses, it felt very safe and allowed me to experience the authentic local way of life. During breakfast, I watched the owner make the morning...

Nice hotel the location is near some handcraft shops and 20 min from unud but the hotel has a shuttle service from the hotel to ubud

I love the place! It’s located in Ubud but isolated away from the crowd in between paddy field. I arrived at 545pm after a long day trip and was greeted warmly by the staff and cold drinks. They also have complimentary foot massage which I needed so badly that day. Unfortunately they are fully book until closing time at 6pm. But they still entertain my request to do massage after 6pm, which I truly appreciate. The surrounding area is breathtaking as well where the pool is overlooking paddy...

Lovely, serene place tucked in the middle of nature! The staff there were all amazing; I really appreciate their attention to small things that made our stay wonderful. For example, due to some flight issues, we arrived very late on our first night (almost close to midnight) and were quite relieved to be able to settle in for the night. The staff then asked if we had eaten already (we had, we were worried there wouldn't be anything to eat once we checked in so we grabbed something otw to the...

everything is good! Perfect stay for a relaxing stay! love the greenery environment except for the bugs haha! Breakfast and dinner are awesome, love it!Location-wise is a bit far from Ubud, but this is meant for you to relax and chill at the hotel. Overall is a 9.8/10 stay!

Superb location and service

During my stay, it was my birthday. Surprisingly they made me a birthday cake and sang me a birthday song. I'm impressed with the staff there and their friendliness.

A great place to stay although. Very big villas. Awesome services provided by the butler.
