"Airport shuttle schedule is confusing. There are more than one sites of Ibis hotels apparently. The first shuttle was not going to Styles so we waited for the correct one. At the spot as per instructions. The shuttle arrived at a different spot and has very small signage on the front so we missed it. Tried city bus. That was a disaster. Finally got to Ibis Styles after an overnight flight. We’re told we had already checked out. Somehow the counter staff checked someone in under our reservation. They did give us a room to just sleep for a few hours. We put out the red DO NOT DISTURB card. We had just fallen asleep when housekeeping let themselves in the room. We complained to the counter staff when we left. No apology. Nothing. Terrible service and we would never stay there again. "

"I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, while the hotel is clean, well kept, and modern. The location is also really convenient, as the city center was only 3-5 stops away, yet you’re able to breathe a little without being a super crowded space. I’d definitely stay here again."

"Perfect place to stay if you have a short stop in Amsterdam before heading on to an end destination. Literally, a 4-5 minute walk from the airport arrivals/departures."

"The check-in process was bad as we have to wait in line for almost 40 minutes. There was not enough staff (only three at the front desk) and there was a big group that arrived right before we did. The staff tried to make it up by offering a beverage to us waiting in line. The hotel's facilities are okay for the price point. It is a bit far from Amsterdam's centers so not as convenient as we would've preferred but it was the best option for us booking so close to our arrival date. There is a metro station just across the street which makes traveling to the center a bit easier but trains stop running after midnight and you'll have to take a bus and walk a bit or take an Uber if you stay in town past midnight. Breakfast is all you can eat buffet but a bit pricey (over 30 euros) so we only ate at the hotel twice."

"Beautiful, modern, clean, easy access to public transportation. Breakfast Buffett had many options of delicious food. The elevator was new to us. You would put in what floor you needed and it would tell you which elevator to use. The room was gorgeous! Unique in its layout, with a tablet to control the lights, blinds, temperature, etc. We loved it! I would recommend it and would stay again."

"Clean rooms. Well maintained, though some of it is getting dated and needs a refresh. But functional. Very helpful staff."

"The hotel was lovely and the room we had was spacious enough. The shower did have mould in one corner which i did expect, but could have been removed. Wifi worked perfectly too! The staff were so lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fine, would have been nice to have more vegetarian hot food options - meat free sausages, hash browns etc, however what they did have was plentiful. There was even an area for gluten free options. Some of the customers were rude, and i have to applaud the staff for keeping their cool and remaining professional! Thank you, had a lovely time!"
