"Great staff and clean rooms."

"Excellent service"

"Second time staying at the Ship and it was once again excellent. Really friendly staff, lovely room with comfortable bed and pillows and the breakfast is superb. Highly recommend"

"Quel dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit plus servi dans l'hôtel, comme auparavant ! Il faut désormais sortir de l'hôtel, se rendre dans un snack moyen-oriental quelques maisons plus loin pour un petit-déjeuner qui n'est plus très anglais, et supporter de la musique orientale (à moins de porter un casque antibruit, solution que j'ai fini par adopter). Cela ôte une grand partie du plaisir qu'il y avait à séjourner dans cet hôtel."

"Staff here are truly lovely! Pet friendly inn in a lovely village setting. Will always use this place as our stop over on the way to France."

"Amazing place will be back for sure"

"The spa was very clean, well-maintained and efficiently run, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The only disappointment was that the hot tub/jacuzzi was cold. The steam room and spa area were quite small, but fortunately, it wasn’t busy during our visit, so we were able to make the most of the facilities. "In a picturesque setting with lovely friendly staff and a very welcoming atmosphere, food was excellent and prices good for what you get , definitely be visiting again and highly recommend to anyone!"

"All my needs were met, plus, there was a fridge with proper milk in it for me. Also some breakfast foods and yoghurt, cereal, fruit and all hot drinks with a kettle. I had everthing I needed and had two very good night's sleep. I met the cleaner in the morning and she was extremely friendly and made sure I had my supplies replenished there and then."

"Quite and clean, nice comfortable bed. Good well lit car motorcycle parking."
