"Breakfast was amazing"

"Great location just a few steps from bus/train stations. Room was clean and staff leave you a bag outside the door daily with free drinks/TP etc…gym was well stocked. Not that much cardio equipment, but otherwise good. Breakfast was solid. Fresh rolls, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt etc..coffee machine was always available for free. Staff really gave a great effort to ensure quests needs were met. "

"First the English spoken staff was very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. There was a kids playground outside and made our kids busy. Breakfast was nice and the cheese selection made us happy."

Expedia also mentioned that when you pay for the hotel that the city or hotel local tax is due at check in. "Polite staff, clean room, courtesy bottle of water provided. Wasn't too keen that you could see the shower from the bedroom - ie no privacy for the person showering if you are sharing. Also the bath was peculiarly high so wasn't that easy to get out of (never usually have an issue). We initially didn't think the air-con was working but you have to close all the windows for it to kick in (which is absolutely fine!)"

"The most uncomfortable bed ever. We had booked a double room but they gave us a twin room. We went back to reception and the staff member said the hotel was full and shrugged, and said we can push the beds together. We went back to the room and did this, and there was loads of litter under the bed. The mattresses on both beds were extremely uncomfortable. In the morning we spoke to the front desk, and they said they couldn't switch our rooms but they would provide extra duvet covers. We got back...

"The room was enormous and had good furniture but somehow missed the mark on decoration. We were disappointed that the coffee in the room was instant. For the money they shoukd try better"

"Beautiful hotel! Everything is great: Concierge service, Desk Clerk, Room, breakfast. The only thing I would change is the rooms was hot and they do not actually turn on the AC. You can play with the control panel, but for sure you will not get cold air. And it was quite hot. Except from that, it is a wonderful, classic hotel. I would stay again, no doubt."
