"I must same it’s a beautiful place to stay. Has a nice and serene atmosphere with a cozy vibe. If you want a place like home choose Claires of Sandton luxury Guest House. It’s also closer to the American embassy, Mandela Square and the Sandton Mall. I love it here and I know everyone will share the same experience. I will give a 5 star Rating every time "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Easy to find and only 30 mins drive from OR Tambo airport. Check-in and out was quick and easy with very welcoming front desk staff. The room was very comfortable, a good size and spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were also in the room as well as a refrigerator which was put to use. However, I am motivated to log this review simply because I am very impressed by the hotel communication. It was prompt, extremely polite and very understanding and supportive. "The lodge is clean with wonderful & friendly staffs. The perimeters are under surveillance . There is no microwave in the rooms, you have to come to the reception to use the microwave. I hope the management make provision for this. The overall rate is good."

"Firstly, the address advertised as well as the photographs of the accomodation are and is not the address of the actual "hostel. " There is no transportation to the actual address on Jan Smuts rd where you find out that you will be staying UPON ARRIVAL.. The cleanliness of the rooms are at best disgusting. No toilet paper is the tip of the iceberg. There are naked woman walking the halls with numerous "visitors" coming in and out. The owner\manager is impossible to get hold of. Disgraceful....
