Lovely and very kind staff. Check in earlier, which was very good. Spa and pool area was overcrowded and not so clean. A lot of children jumping and playing. The facilities were not as expected from a 4 star hotel. Saunas were out of order. Had very good dinner and drinks and service though. Some areas of the hotel needed repair.

Great stay in Medias.

Very nice hotel with a excellent manager.He was always helpul and constantly has a smile on his face.The staff was nice and friendly. The room was really great, spa was nice with heated water. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. The chefs is the best.

Gute Unterkunft, Klimaanlage kühlt bei sehr heißen Temperaturen nur mäßig. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Deine Wünsche wurden immer sehr schnell erfüllt.

Very nice hotel with a great spa with sauna and swimingpool. Realy good breakfast. 15 minutes walk from the city center.

Bonne surprise, bon petit déjeuner. Idéalement placé pour visiter Sighisoara , Sibiu ,Biertan ,Valea Viilor....piscine sauna... le seul bémol c'est l'accès un peu compliqué sans GPS.
