"The location is great, everything is accessible and the staff are courteous. The receptionist took a very long time to get us register. The rooms need some remodeling to go with the building. I wish there was more space in the lobby to hang out and enjoy a coffee. In the mornings was very crowded and difficult to walk out. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive but it was good."

The only issue was the bed was not comfortable at all. I felt like I was sleeping on a cement slab and I could not get much sleep. If not for the bed, I would stay here anytime I returned to CDMX"
