My experience with this hotel was great. Since the moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted. The staff was very professional. I only tried the breakfast room one day, but it was very clean, and the staff was very attentive. Overall, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The Jr Queen suite was perfect for my family of 4. Daisy the spa treatment coordinator was wonderful. The Hotel staff was always very pleasant as well. Breakfast was your typical Colombian breakfast. Most importantly the hotel is located in a safe area right next to the mall which is walkable

The hotel and room were very nice, with a clean, modern feel. The location is excellent — everything is walkable, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. The shower water never got hot, only lukewarm at best. The TV in our room did not work, and the air conditioning was inconsistent — sometimes the room was uncomfortably cold, while other times it was barely cool, despite keeping the thermostat at the same setting. Additionally, the staff did not feel particularly welcoming, which detracted from the overall experience.
