"Wat een lekkere plaats om te verblijven. Het zijn geen vijf sterren hier voor wat betreft accomodatie, maar zeker wel voor lokatie en personeel."

"The Breakfast was good, (eggs were cold) but everything else was fine. The food at the Bar (4 th floor) was terrible and also tried to get a wrap from the 5th floor restaurant 30 minutes before they closed and they couldn’t accommodate me. Therefore I got a takeaway but needed some forks , the breakfast bar charged me for 2 wooden forks. Disappointed in the food at the hotel. Otherwise the hotel is very nice 8 out 10."

"Als Gäste welche schon zum fünften Mal da waren hätten wir uns eine entsprechende Begrüßung gewünscht.Bei der letzten Ausfahrt aus der Tiefgarage war die Schranke defekt und es musste auf einen externen Techniker gewartet werden.Zumindest einer vom Hotelpersonal sollte in der Lage sein die Notentriegelung der Schranke zu bedienen.Unser Balkon nach hinten raus wurde nicht gereinigt und war voller Vogelkot."

"My wife and I had a lovely stay here. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was a good size and had a good view over the gardens and river. The staff were wonderful and the service was excellent. The food was first class. The hotel is in a quiet area and a little removed from the shops, museums etc but that was fine for us. "

"The breakfast was amazing. The parking however was a nightmare!! It was supposed to be underground parking, but they said that the spots were too small. It was an Audi 1. Not a big car by any stretch of the imagination!! We had to drive around one of the busiest areas in Lisbon trying to find their alternative parking garage. Which was hidden away on a back street. And then walk all the way back to the hotel. I was not impressed. After picking the car up we then had to pay €15 to exit the...

"This was the BEST location! The room was extremely spacious and had amazing views of the city! The staff were very kind and helpful. We were even able to check in early after a long overnight of travel which was wonderful! Can’t wait to return again in the future! "
