"Pro’s: Super central, at the end of the Main Street of the old town so easily walkable to everywhere. Staff very nice and their English is brilliant Gdansk itself is beautiful Was expecting more after reading all the reviews Con’s: Very noisy. Windows aren’t even double glazed. On one side you have the noisy Main Street of the old town and rooms on the other side have to contend with a pub/nightclub on the ground floor. Room cleanliness could be better, there were hairs on the shower screen and on the bathroom floor upon checking in. Rooms plain and dated Double bed was in fact two singles pushed together with a crater in the middle so you had to sleep on one side. Only provided a single duvet too. Came back one day after 3 pm and room had still not been attended to WiFi was very poor"

"Nice very new property close to the Old Town but around 30min walk from the central station. Single Rooms are nice but on the small side and there is no much free space. The delivered breakfast option was adequate but requires reheating and there is no advertised set delivery time but seemed to come between 7:45 and 8:15. Staff were very helpful. Could have done with more than one pillow being provided."

"Loved the Apartments and the foodhall was an additional bonus and great for a last drink before heading to bed. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Apartment was exceptionally clean and spacious. Location was 5 minutes walk to the Solidarity Museum. Towel change is an additional cost and shower was totally fine but not the most powerful."

"I have stayed here a number of times now. The hotel is clean, staff helpful and for the most part polite. Having a pool/spa/ on site is an added bonus if this is your thing or travelling with family. It is within walking distance to My only issue is the male member of staff on reception. I have encountered this person a number of times during different visits and he has behaved in the same manner every time. He is rude about guests nodding in their direction or even pointing and laughing at them if he thinks noone is looking, ignores people asking for help by walking away etc. I may not speak Polish but I can read people. Thankfully once you are settled in and providing you don't need anything at reception he needs zero thought again! Despite his behaviour I would visit again as the hotel its self is lovely."
