Comfortable and spacious.

It was a good stay. Had issues with towels though. Only one bath towel for 3 adults. Had to phone, go down to reception and ask the cleaners before we were given 3 towels.

Staff are always brilliant. They constantly cleaning the cafe in lobby is brilliant lovely karak chai! Easy walk plenty lifts easy accessible. Rooms are spacious clean

This is not a 5 star by any means, it is barely a 4 star. Old amenities, very crowded area and quality of people at the area is not a 5 star level with all due respect. Also, it is definitely more than 740 meters away. Room was old, mattress was uncomfortable

Had a terrible experience with Emaar Grand. Reception staff is outright rude and unhelpful. Was given a dirty and stuffy room at first. Got it changed to another one with only 2 towels (between 4 people), empty bottle of hand soap, no iron in the room (took us 4 hours just to get one), dirty fridge. The reception never answers when you call. Pathetic way to treat guests especially those who travel far distances and are there to perform religious duties.

The staff didn't made us wait unnecessarily for 4 hours during the check-in only to say that the booking doesn't exist. After 2 more hours, they found the booking but the room was not ready yet. The staff will deal with you as if they are doing you a big favour. There were no toiletries in the room for the entire during of my stay, no towels. And reception never picked up the call nor did they speak English. Avoid at all cost!

To start off was given a key to a room that already had a family in there. That was really embarrassing for both parties. there was no hot water in the shower the shower glass door inside handle was broken couldn’t close it. No shower gel limited amount of soap given. The rod handle inside the shower was wonky. Overall not a good experience
