"First, I did NOT stay here. I booked this hotel because Expedia advertised that it had a pool and hot tub. When I arrived, the pool and hot tub were closed and had been closed for what seemed like awhile. I just wanted to leave a review in case anyone else takes amenities into account. The front desk was really nice and let me cancel my reservation. They didn’t give me a hassle at all and were understanding. "

"We had to travel from MI to PA for a wedding we were lot looking forward to. After the wedding we decided to try to make some fun out of the trip. So we found an area magazine as Youngstown is about halfway. Our 8 year old saw an ad for this hotel and chose it because it was “award winning”. "My second stay, two nights this time. Overall great. Phone in room did not work and cell was sketchy so I had to walk out to the desk in my PJs to get an issue resolved (needed WIFI code as mine had expired). Bathtub drain backed up somewhat as I was showering. Otherwise great stay. Thanks for the 2 extra pillows as I requested, I really need them."

"It was nice having an actual key for the door not a key card I like the mechanical locks better, the room was spacious the shower was decently roomy and the bed was comfortable the only downside of the bed was the frame was kinda noisy when one person would get off but other than that it was very nice and put together"

"The room was a great size, extremely comfortable and well laid out. Large bathroom with separate vanity area was a big plus. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had. Food was hot, everything was fresh. Huge plus for having GF items and an oat milk alternative. Staff was wonderful. "
