"When we arrived we were waited at the counter for the lady that looked like she hated her job to acknowledge us. We then found out that our room was ready, but if we wanted to check in early it would be an additional $50.00. This is absolutely ridiculous and we refused to pay on principle. When we did check in later, a different lady was nice (unlike the first lady). The room was okay, however the bed was horrible. It was so worn out we both had to sleep on one side, as the dips in the right side made you feel like you would fall off the bed. The carpet section in the lobby was disgusting and needs replaced and the furniture needs a good cleaning. We have stayed here in the past, but will not stay again as they have not taken care of the place."
