"We we unable to stay at the property. When we arrived at the apartment, we found that it was in disgusting shape. We found black hairs all in the bed, The refrigerator and freezer were nasty with brown stuff all inside, the lamps were completely rusted, paint on the walls were missing and the dining table was nasty and not at all clean. The biggest issue was the bed full of hairs. We attempted to get the people who run the apartments to move us to another apartment but they refused saying that...

"I live only one hour away from Little River but wanted to stay a few nights to do some fishing without having to make the drive every day, so being right across the street from the boat ramp was super convenient! So disappointed from the minute I checked in My itinerary said check in was 3:00 pm and when I arrived I was told 4:00 pm then next on to amenities the pool was empty and told it’s been closed for a long time. "The property was fine, but the beds were by far the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. Hard with a metal sheet under the mattress acting as a bed spring. We almost left after the first night."

"There were termites and not very clean. The pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. The parking spaces were too small and narrow. There was also an issue with not enough parking on the property."

"Balcony was small and the smell of someone smoking marijuana was terrible and we couldn’t sit out there!!!! TV would not work in living room and there was no one there after 8:00pm to look at it! Commode was wobbly upon sitting on it!!!!! Place to rinse feet off the beach wasn’t working!! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Thankful we were only there one night!"

"The rooms are a bio hazard. They was stains on the floor curtains towels and on the lamps. It was a moldy microwave. Roaches in the room! Blood on the wall! Stains on the walls also. You have to get the before 12 or the man that’s in the office puts his phone on don’t disturb and goes to sleep. Don’t waste your money here it’s very nasty we slept in our cars also the pool is filthy also."

"Wasnt told that the balconies were not able to be used due to construction...even as I checked in, no one let me know anything. Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly "
