Hotel berdekatan McLemore House

"You can’t beat the downtown location. The hotel has specious gathering areas with a lovely bar. Valet staff were exceptional."

"The room is not spacious. We stayed at different Hilton the previous two nights and would book versus this Hilton brand"

"Unfortunately the renovation a few years ago did not overcome the major issues the hotel has. It is noisy. Any noise in the hallway is clearly heard. Conversations in the parking lot are easily heard and at midnight disrupt sleep."

"The room was clean and cleaned properly each day. We were not aware of the daily parking fee for self-parking which is a total rip-off. There are acres of parking. This is not a city hotel. We could simply have parked at an adjacent office building and saved $36. Also IG would have been nice to have a coffee bar in the lobby in the Norwich we have had at other Hilton’s."

"Loved the parking garage"

"Rugs everywhere need to be vaccumed. Hoped to use pool but after asking 3 people found out heater not working. Patio was nice but not clean. Can’t say room was exceptionally clean either. Unfortunately won’t choose this hotel again when in Franklin."

"Good morning breakfast. Bar on site was nice. outdoor seating with firepits were an added amenity. One elevator was not functioning, however. We had the king suite which was very nice. Expedia booked a Handicapped room for some reason however we changed to the standard room upon arrival."

"All good!"

"This place was so very well maintained. The staff at front desk were very kind. The room was wonderful. Clean and spacious. I would stay here again for sure."
