"Requested room service for our stay. On coming back from our first day out, we found that the room was not cleaned. We were told that the staff came by to service the room at around 8:30 to 9:00 am in the morning. We had the do not disturb sign on the door because we were still in the room. We were going for the breakfast at around nine AM. When my wife called the front desk, the staff was not very attentive to our concerns. She was told that we could come to the front desk and pick up the need towels."

"This was a nice hotel. It was clean and the breakfast and service was very good. The laundry facilities which we used was clean. The only issue was the room was not very soundproof as noise from the room above us and the use of the hotelโs side entry door, which our room was next to, was very noticeable."

"What a terrific find! This beautiful hotel brought back an elegance reminiscent of an earlier time. Renovated to resemble the time period of the 20's and onwards, the furnishings are exquisite. The clean and spacious room was very nostalgic too. We so enjoyed our stay and walking around this amazing hotel."
