I called the hotel ahead of time to let them know we would be arriving late. We got to the hotel about 10PM. We checked in at the office, got our room keys, unloaded our car and went to the room. We opened the door and took our luggage in the room. The room #108 was awful!! It was on the bottom floor, way over in the corner of the hotel, dark and very musty smelling. It was a dog friendly room. The bathroom door was all scratched up and the bathroom fan sounded like there was a helicopter in the room. The lights over the sink area were very dim and the walls were dark colors. We are 3-80 year old ladies and just didn't have the energy to go back to the office and have to move our luggage again. The next morning we went back to the office and made sure that we got another room. It took and hour or so for them to find us another room. The room we moved to was very nice. It looked like the rooms we saw online and thought we were going to get originally. The lady in the office (Tasha?)was really nice and very helpful. She's not the one that gave us the awful room the night before. I feel that we should get a refund for the terrible room we had the first night. We told them that they shouldn't even be renting the room. Shirley Corsaletti
