Check-in instructions were not provided in a timely manner, and I initially had difficulty reaching anyone by phone and assessing the property. Although I later received a message apologizing for the inconvenience and offering a late checkout, this was never actually honored. "There was one elevator running for the whole weekend , no free bikes like advertised, breakfast wasn’t free had to pay for it . The staff was friendly but it wasn’t like other experiences I have had with other hotels . I was a disappointed honestly. Especially for what I was charged . The parking was another issue in its self . Just be sure to pay attention and read stuff and know it’s not like other typical hotels . "

"Exactly what I was looking for being in town for work. Clean, close to downtown, and, as a runner, being half a block from the park was just the perfect added touch. The stocked kitchen came in clutch too when I forgot to pack my frying pan lid! Will definitely be staying again...I'm actually staying at another Jungle House property next week (this one was sadly unavailable) because this one worked out so well for me!"
