"Construction on the streets made it difficult to find and get to without any heads up noted from the hotel or Expedia. Hotel & room very clean. It would be nice if I had known there are no elevators. Climbing those stairs to & from the 2nd floor with my blind son bags & suitcase was extremely hard especially the huge heavy door at the top & so close to the top step. There were no first floor rooms available supposedly. Like many hotels these days, I dislike the shared soaps & shampoos & never use them. Anyone can put anything in these, gross! Bars & little bottles would be great. Heat & ac worked well. Coffee was good. Kami (sp?) friendly & tried to help the most, she was the 2nd girl at the front desk. I prefer newer hotels but this was the best in the area available. I would stay again if needed but not my first choice."

"Loved this hotel - has no front desk/staff on-site but they are just a phone call away! Check in was super easy and the code system for the front door/room was flawless. Bed was super comfy, bathroom was perfect and everything was amazingly clean! Definitely loved the coffee bar! Within walking distance of several restaurants and easy on/off highway headed to OU (25 min drive). Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!"

"As a business owner I have a couple suggestions. The hot tub was great! I love how deep it was but maybe turn it up a smidge. 99 is too cool. The metal bed frame squeaked all night and the mattress could have been a little more comfortable. Not bad, I would have preferred to pay a little more for a better quality. My husband had a reaction to the ashes in the fireplace, which has never happened before. We had stayed a couple nights before with a wood fireplace, but the staff had cleaned it out and placed new logs. This might be better for your establishment. Would we stay again, probably if you had a cabin with a King size bed. Please keep working on it. You have a great concept!"
