"Upon check in discovered the room smelled of pure bleach, burned your throat. Was initially told no other room was an available then it was switched out. Luggage cart was falling apart. Spots on carpeting throughout. Staff including front desk always sitting outside smoking and smell like smoke stacks. Breakfast room was freezing cold. Where is management for this location???"

We were locked out of our original room and they could not get in until almost midnight. We had to go to sleep in the new room in our regular clothes as all our things were in the old room"
