The apartment was amazing. Super clean and spacious. The unit had enough cooking equipment and dishes to make simple meals. The bed was comfortable. The washer and dryer was a plus. The grounds were amazing with pool, play area, hammocks. The location beautiful within walking distance to convience stores. The waterpark within walking distance. Will definitely return.

Extravié mi cartera del estacionamiento del auto hasta el departamento. Es una empresa la que renta el departamento jamás me ayudó, solo me comentó que”lamentaba la situacion” fui a buscar ayuda allá administración y fueron muy amables en mostrarme Camaras pero desgraciadamente no encontré mi cartera. El departamento es chico pero ideal para una familia chica, lo malo es que huele muy feo el drenaje. No lo recomiendo tanto la verdad.

Para empezar son muchos puntos los que no nos gustaron a mi familia y a mi por eso le doy pocas estrellas. 1.- al llegar ala propiedad nos dieron un codigo que no abrio, estuvimos esperando afuera hasta que otra persona nos abrio con su clave. 2.- las sabanas y colchas se veian un poco sucias (tenian marcada linea negra como cuando no esta bien lavado) Una de las camas el respaldo se movia mucho (estaba suelto) 3.- no pudimos ver television porque le cortaron el cable a ver si puedo anexar foto (salio el anuncio que esta cortado por falta de pago) mandaron a un tecnico para arreglarla pero no pudo ya que dijo que la tele era muy vieja. No nos dieron instrucciones para usar la estufa .. son muchos detalles que no nos gustaron, nosotros NO RECOMENDAMOS este apartamento, que para el precio estubo mal... ya no volveremos a rentarlo.
La estufa tenían que apagarla y prenderla porque se trababa

La comunicación, fue mala, no teníamos servicio de internet ni television hasta los últimos dos días, y no le dieron seguimiento, solicite apoyo con el tema de una reserva de palapa en las areas comunes lo cual no se dio , ya que no hubo comunicación, además tuve un incidente con el centro del lavado por mal funcionamiento .
