This place is beautiful. The staff in the lobby rude. But when I saw the room and the view that bad experience when away. Gorgeous view, and the fire pit and jacuzzi was a plus. I will definitely come back to this beautiful place. They just need to change the staff.

La Belleza del Bosque a la Puerta de la habitación

Entras como su nombre lo dice a Un bosque escondido que esta a la puerta de la habitacion y un aroma a pino en toda la habitacion y un bosque bellisimo y seguro para caminar por el ya que el bosque esta dentro del area privada del hotel. Solo a disfrutar la belleza de la naturaleza.

Área de oportunidad: transporte disponible

La limpieza es genial, pero recomiendo no llegar en día miércoles mientras hacen limpieza general y levantan muchísimo polvo con máquinas en extremo escandalosas. Aunque todo el ambiente es bellísimo e invita a largas caminatas, cuando un huésped requiere servicio de taxi se complica demasiado pues son muy pocos los transportes disponibles. Si usted lleva auto, recomiendo Bosque Escondido, pero si le dan una habitación lejana y no tiene alternativa de transporte no espere demasiado apoyo del hotel, a no ser que tenga la suerte de que David Morales -recepcionista amable y servicial-le salve el día, como sucedió en nuestra placentera estancia.

Hermoso lugar en medio del bosque

Hermoso lugar, nuestra cabaña estaba muy limpia y muy acogedora, con una carga de leña para la chimenea. Hicimos uso de la pista de jogging y tomamos unas fotos muy lindas en la zona del lago y tiro con arco.
