Kid Friendly Hotels in Maun

"I have been in this lodge 2 days with my sons. I liked the style, the view and the staff. But in particular the surrounding area was amazing small rivers, lakes, wildlife was all there! Lions with cubs, a family of hyenas, antelopes, giraffes, wildebeests, bison… beautiful!"

"Expedia took my money for the booking but there was no response from the property via messages or telephone and after taking a taxi to get there the place was closed. Need a full refund- how can Expedia still take the money if the property is not operating????"

"A little disappointed with the Reception staff who weren’t very welcoming but it got better. WiFi connection was very hard to get in our room unless you connected near reception. New (double) bed needed as it was very springy and made sleeping very difficult. Good facilities with the pool which, sadly we couldn’t use due to time constraints."

The room was very small and the shower more so. There was 1 towel for 2 of us, though another was delivered on request. The aircon, which was essential leaked water when switched on. We put down a towel to catch the drips, but by morning the curtains (which incidently couldn't be opened) were drenched as was the towel we placed...
