"What a lovely place! We were met by Pascal the concierge who was delightful - very patient with my average French-speaking skills, and gave us great tips for the area. The room was more like a mini apartment set over two floors - our kids loved the cosy setup. Everything was spotless with tea, coffee etc provided in the room, and additional Nespresso options available in a communal area nearby (which had space for dining etc if you wanted to make use of the facilities). "This is not a family friendly place. While traveling with my kids, we arrived exhausted and were welcomed by the property owners who immediately requested everyone to take off their shoes at the entrance of the hotel (they were scared our kids would dirty their carpeted floors) . 10/10 Excellent

"Fantastic hotel with delightful friendly staff in all departments. The room was imaculate with good air conditioning even when it was 39 degrees outside. There is free water machines on every floor and they provide tea and nespresso making facilities. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Rooms of a good size with desk and tv. The breakfast was superb with soya options, freshly squeezed orange juice, great pasteries and full english. Staff were very attentive and kept it super tidy. The pool is lovely and super safe for children as it has a protective barrier around to prevent little ones getting inside the enclosure. Good location close to the tram, and two supermarkets, fast food and excellent boulangerie near by. Close to major arterial roads. The one thing that was puzzling was that you can link up your device to the tv to watch on a bigger screen by bluetooth/air play but it didn't stay connected. There was also an HDMI socket, but this didn't seem to work and no instructions. But I am being very picky as apart from the heavy footed person above our room, there is nothing to complain about, and the hotel can't solve that one. I LOVED this hotel and hope to return again when we are travelling through the area."

"The hotel looks brand new and was very clean. The breakfast area and the reception/bar were very stylish and nice to be in. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The aircon was great, especially for a hot August trip and although there was not hot options for breakfast, it was pleasant enough. Great location as it was only a short walk from the airport shuttle bus stop and directly opposite the station which was great for our day trip to Clisson. Highly recommended"

"Nice hotel. Not being able to freely use your keycards to come into the hotel if you got home late was a little weird as the staff had to let you in. Also, I get being eco friendly but not being able to lower the Air Con to anything lower than 24 degrees for your room is annoying especially during major heatwaves. Lastly the club has interesting smell of mold? Might need a carpet change a deep cleaning. But overall the hotel was nice."

"Big, clean rooms with a very large personal locker and useful bedside space. The room also has air conditioning. It is convenient for catching buses, although the city centre is not really within a comfortable walking distance. There are plenty of dining options nearby."

"The building was unique and beautiful. The suite was enormous even for American standard. It looked newly renovated, clean and stylish. The AC was super strong. The staff was very kind and helpful, and friendly to the children. The breakfast buffet was convenient and had enough options for everybody. Having the small park and playground next door was a great plus for families with young children. We had a very pleasant stay."
