"Great boutique hotel. New. Only negative dislocation. On far end of town. No near by restaurants. Property restaurant closed on day we checked in. Uphill walk and taxi 70 swiss francs for 1.5 km. Bus is free, every 20-30 minutes. Hotel e-tuk tuk will pick up and drop off at the railway station. Must call from Tasch about arrival time. No receptionist after 10 pm. Otherwise great property. "Perfect location right near the train station. The hotel is very clean and my room was nicely furnished. The price was reasonable for Zermatt and what stood out was the service. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I used the private steam room/sauna one day and it was wonderful after skiing. I'd gladly stay again."

"We reserved a Matterhorn view with extra price for the stay in May. Our room was on the first floor with partial view of Matterhorn and not much privacy which was somewhat disappointing. The hotel was quiet overall but the lights switches were very confusing. We asked for a train station pick up but they asked us to call even though we told them we didn’t have a phone number."

"My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl.
