This I’d really an exceptional hotel and is also very reasonably priced. The onzen is very nice and was never over crowded. The breakfast was very much worth the price, and the 7:00 pm icecream is a very nice touch.

This is really an excellent hotel. The breakfast is reasonably priced and really good. There onzen is perfect and very peaceful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless clean. The room was fairly spacious and very comfortable.

Convenient location at the center of Matsuyama, close to lots of shopping and dining options. Public bath was great for relaxing bath after long days. Breakfast menu was awesome with lots of local specialties, including 5 kinds of citrus juice. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel with fantastic rooms and amenities. Located in the heart of the city. The only down side was there are only two elevators and can become really crowded and slow.

Fantastic stay at REF. Well designed, clean & comfortable. Great location next to Matsuyama City Stn. Konbini just downstairs. Note that there is no daily cleaning, fresh towels are provided.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Matsuyama’s City Station, a transportation hub served by streetcars and a train to the ferry terminal (from which we took a ferry to Hiroshima). It is literally on top of the train station. In addition to the usual tiny room, it offers a good breakfast buffet and an in-house hot bath. Lots of restaurants in the area, and the Matsuyama castle is within walking distance.

The room is not so big but updated very nicely, and clean. Everything is nice and clean. I like it very much. They have a great breakfast, great selection and reasonable price. The location is also very close of train station, bus stop and trolly stop. There is a big department store nearby, also lots of restaurants. Definitely I recommend this hotel!

Very enjoyable stay for family

We had a very pleasant stay for our family trip. The location is good, right above Matsuyama city station, very convenient. It is not noisy at all. Although the staff is not very fluent in English, but they are all very helpful. The Japanese buffet breakfast is good. Lots of local cuisine to choose from. It is highly recommended to opt-in. The room is clean and spacious, by Japan standard. The family hot spring room is a plus, although we need to pay extra, but it is worth the money if you want some privacy. Overall, it is highly recommended, and I would stay here again if we are back in Matsuyama. By the way, there was Mikan ice cream after 7:00 pm during my stay and it was a pleasant surprise.

Good base for day trips

We used this as a base for several day trips in the surrounding region as well as within the city. It was right next to the Matsuyama City Station with a tram stop outside - and about 10 minutes by tram to the JR station. We’d stay here again

客室は綺麗。 朝食は美味しかったのですが、配置に問題ありでトレーからサラダへの客の流れが悪く結局サラダを取ることができませんでした。しかし朝食スタッフの方はとても気持ちの良い接客をして下さいました。 松山市駅の上なので仕方ないですが、電車の音やアナウンスがかなり聞こえ、宿泊した中で過去一気になりました。 それ以外は満点です！
