"We was told to ask the housekeeper for some clean towels and they told us we had to wash the ones we had because it wasn’t our day but the guy who was working told us that our day was Tuesday and no one came so he told us to ask them but they refused to give us any. The nose outside our room next door was aloud all night long. The AC wasn’t working to good"
