"Alex ci ha accolti benissimo, ci ha anche dato una stanza superiore rispetto a quella che avevamo preso online. Cura e attenzione nei confronti degli ospiti. Ha due cani meravigliosi e la colazione e' spettacolare con una terrazza che guarda a mare. Che dire... top! :) grazie per l'accoglienza e i suggerimenti preziosi per la nostra visita..abbiamo scoperto l'isola da un'altra prospettiva!"

"The front desk staff was amazing . They helped with restaurant reservations car services they recommended were excellent . Getting our bags to the ferry set up. Location was perfect for Positano not up a bunch of stairs and you were able to get dropped off with bags right outside their door they had a parking spot for drop offs and pick ups which many hotels don’t ."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is in a very convenient location - easy walk to the main town and great jumping off point to get a taxi anywhere on the island. "Lovely property! However, there were just 2 (albeit important) items that were inconvenient. The first is the lack of on-site parking and/or valet. We had a car rental and had to park the car in a lot which the hotel claims is 5 min walk away. It’s more like 10-15 min and not an easy walk. Not something I prefer to do when checking into a hotel. The other inconvenient thing was the noisy doors! They made so much noise that they’d wake you up with a loud bang very early in the morning. They seem...

"We loved our honeymoon stay at Belair! The staff is so welcoming, they make you feel at home. Breakfast was one of the highlights: great selection (both buffet and à la carte menu), some delicious pastries. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk away from the busy downtown area, so it feels more peaceful and calm. The views are unbeatable, the property is well maintained - highly recommend!"

"The hotel told us our Ferry was canceled so we had to take a bus to Sorrento and A train to Naples. We found out later the ferry wasn't canceled so we went through all that and lost our Ferry fee Also eating on the deck with the beautiful view was not so great as you had birds going on trying to get your food. You couldn't leave the table."

"This boutique hotel was perfect. It is literally right on the main road through Amalfi so no need to climb steps to get to your hotel. Rosa and Mario at the front desk were awesome. Excellent customer service and attended to every request or question. They also arranged water and road taxis to local spots. The breakfast included was excellent."
