"Generally good, just the following observations: 1, wifi in our room is very weak, close to none. Sure it is a cave but we also stayed in another luxury cave hotel in Matera and their WiFi was superb. 2, for this price even including the SPA facikity, we expect just a bit more or lower price. 3, we booked a suite but the suite we had was slightly different from the one we saw on the Internet, both the hotel's and Expedia's. "We love the greek theme and how well designed the hotel is. Staff was nice and helpful! The location is amazing, in the middle of the old city. The rituals are very interesting and should not be missed. What could be better? - our Bed mattress was too hard and very noisy. Wife would wake up every time I had to go to the restroom during the night. - swiming pool / jacuzzi was a nice touch, but water was not hot enough - room is somewhat dark and takes some time to get used to."
