"Everything was great.. except the breakfast, which was merely ok. It was probably pretty standard as hotel breakfasts go, with a reasonable selection of offerings. It did get real crowded around 8am, so try and get there early if you can."

"Food: Copper Room amazing. Breakfast buffet expensive for what you get. Island bar slow and only ok on food quality Rooms: good but not amazing Service: they never actually serviced our room in the four days despite asking via door hanger. Had to ask for towels and to get trash emptied. Even getting towels delivered was painfully slow. The pools were amazing and Copper Room was amazing. The place is well maintained. The rest was substandard for what you pay."

"Lack of staff, had no one in the office after 3pm foe 2 of 3 days we were there. Room was not cleaned and no clean towels for 3 days, had to take towels from the pool area. The kids did enjoy the pool and hot tub and it was a cheap stay"
