"The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door and welcome me to Jackson Hole Wyoming as this was my first time visiting this place. My suite was very clean and comfortable trout out my business trip stay. I'm happy customer to book my stay on my next visit to Jackson Hole. "It is a motel, so heard a little, people coming & going outside, (noisy workers next door), but the walls are great. **Never heard any other guests, otherwise. The door needs weather stripping, you could see outside-that would be so cold in the Winter. Nice office clerks, very friendly & helpful. Smallish room, (bare bones, not even any tissues), but a small kitchen w/ microwave & frig. are nice. Bed was super comfy, and nice crisp sheets."

"Room was clean and cozy, bed was very good. There are a lot of cabins crammed into a small property but it works. The room was not ready for checkin at 3:00, we had to wait 40 minutes and come back 4 times before we got a key. The front desk staff seemed pretty indifferent—they were fine to begin with but even though the room was fine I’ll look elsewhere next trip."

"Things I loved: Spotless room - tight linens daily; fresh towels and toiletries which were all excellent. Non-obtrusive staff but there when you need them. Quiet property - a few blocks from the center of town. Easy in, easy out driving. Welcoming and accommodating check-in which took less than a minute. Check-out was one second and everything in the room worked perfectly and was as I expected. Two minor things which don't bother me too much: Parking was tight if you got in late. The internet wasn't as fast I I would have liked but it worked consistently and it may just have been my laptop?! Overall excellent score and I would stay there again."
