"The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly, but I was very disappointed that the pool was not clean. It had a lot of algae in it and we specifically booked this hotel for the pool. Other thing I think is very off-putting that they put bottled water in your room, but there’s a tag on it saying that they charge three dollars a piece. They could just keep it out of the room if it’s not complementary to all. Also, the view of the lake was actually just a view of construction."
"I was a bit disappointed. Not a fan of the no contact staffing model. Comfortable bed, refrigerator, coffee, and muffins were nice. Room was very simple but adequate. Rooms on either side of mine were much nicer. Likely a price difference. Poor lighting. Night table and outlets only on one bedside. No extra blanket or pillows available. Blinds do not block the very bright light from the parking lot. Advertised as pet friendly but not a square inch of green space! A dog in another room kept us awake barking all night."
"Just returned from a weekend stay at the Best Court. They were so wonderful. Everything was immaculate, clean, quiet, and cozy, and they were incredibly hospitable and friendly. Would definitely stay here again."
