apart from the kind people at reception all the rest was horrible, plastic bathroom that smells, poor cleaning, small room, no wardrobe, crazy expensive price for the type of hotel

Very inconveniant to get there due to limited staffing hours. Arrived by plane at LYS airport - had to take a cab to make it before 9PM (when staff desk is unmanned). Cost me 120 euros! :( Extremely limited room space for myself and my family. Bathroom was barely big enough to fit an adult. The front desk worker was helpful giving us directions to get back to Lyon via public transit.

I didn't receive a SMS with code and the reception was almost closed at 20.45 (should have been open until 21.00). If I came 5 min after I would not be able to enter the room.

Unpleasant stinky smell as soon as you enter the hotel. The room smells off cigarettes and mould. The room is not clean at all especially the bedding not sure when they last washed it as there was dirty marks on it. Very loud and disgusting. Very rude staff as I tried to tell the black women about the stinky smell she ignored me as she was too busy behind the desk picking her nose. Would not recommend to anyone.

Saubere Unterkunft in Autobahnnähe, gelegen in einem Gewerbegebiet, großer Parkplatz. Wir haben das Hotel als Zwischenübernachtung nach Südfrankreich genutzt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, Frühstücksservice ist verbesserungswürdig, da nur 1 Person für Frühstück und Auschecken da ist. Für eine Übernachtung vollkommen in Ordnung.

Pas de climatisation dans les chambres ni de ventilateur. Une fournaise en période de grosse chaleur et encore plus en pleine canicule ! Sinon propreté correcte et personne à l'accueil agréable.

Impeccable chambre propre salle de bain nickel le ménage bien fait et personnel très agréable et accueillant il y a absolument tout ce qu’il faut autour de l’hôtel restaurant supermarché salle de sport de quoi se balader le long de la voie verte en bord de Saône. Je conseille vivement 👍😉

CATASTROPHE ÉVITEZ A TOUT PRIX

Je fais 1m63 mes pieds dépassent du lit Il faut déplacer le lit si on veut aller au toilettes et redeplacer du coup si on veut sortir La station de lavage mega bruyante même a 4h du mat mais comme pas de clim obligé de laisser la fenêtre ouverte c'était tout simplement insupportable Même pas accès à de l'eau potable fraîche tout était en panne
