"Used the valet parking - which was fine. Clean comfortable room. On-property restaurant wasn't the best. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Clean room, big bed, comfortable mattress and bedding. Good location for public transport and walking to lots of shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Downsides - a basic hotel lacking in facilities for a high price tag, probably due to its location. HVAC system in room noisy (not ideal overnight). Very small bathroom - functional but a couple couldn't clean their teeth together for example. WiFi unreliable - needed to use the bar's WiFi as the hotel one wouldn't work. "

"Room was comfortable, but there were some small crumbs on the floor that never got cleaned up, and the bed was only made one of the nights. The location is great to get to TD Garden and to the T, and is very central to many things in downtown Boston. I would stay here again if I got it for a good deal compared to other nearby properties"

"Staff on the front desk were absolutely fantastic! The hotel location perfect especially for the TD Gardens. Breakfast is available but we only had once. Shame the bar area wasn't open. Overall, a fantastic hotel that we would highly recommend if you are coming to Boston. Also, super close to the airport making transfers easy. "

"Super helpful and friendly staff, nice room, great location for Fenway. Walkable location for restaurants too. Lobby smelled fantastic and valet for car was really easy. Overall great experience."
