"Was disappointed the front desk would not honor the $5 charge for a missing cup stated in their book in our room because they said the cost is $9.99 per the gift shelf price.
That made me decide not to go there again and I chose to leave it amicably"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Plymouth Ma. When we went to shower we noticed that the shower portion of the bath did not work. We immediately contacted the front desk and were moved to a different room. We appreciate them being so helpful and accommodating."
