"It goes without saying that the property is exquisite. The accommodations are phenomenal. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. However, the one aspect of our stay that stood out repeatedly was the interaction with the staff. Unfortunately we can only give a 1-star review. When we checked in - the front desk kept answering the phone while we were trying to check in. It was very off-putting. When he finally did attend to us, it felt like his mind was someplace else because he kept repeating...

"Location location location is the word for realestate. The Sheraton has the right location. Convenient to the highways, shopping, restaurants and sports arenas. Portions of the hotel are being renovated but the available rooms are not bothered by the activity. "
