"Nice place everything was Great. The only thing that is not ok is the fact that 250.00 dollars was held from my bank account when we checked in. Once we checked out i was told that it would not be returned to my account for 7 to 10 days. This was a hold on my account just to make sure there was no damages. The point is you all put the hold on my account instantly but it takes up to 10 days to return my money this is not right. I am not pleased with that at all. "

"My stay was great had no problems with the hotel. The only problem I had was with Expedia check in, it took me an hour to check because Expedia messed up. The check in Process is always like 10 minutes. I sat in the lobby until the hotel staff was able to resolve the problem, very inconvenient for me."

"We had a one-night stay while driving cross country. We were comfortable with their clean and spacious rooms. The gym was nice. Pool was small and cold but the kids still enjoyed it. It was storming all day so there were a lot of people at the hotel, with only one woman at the front desk doing EVERYTHING.
