"The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the room, especially the ceiling fan. The hotel is in a very busy market street with fantastic street food. Unfortunately the market continues well into the small hours of the night and there was a nightclub next door that didn’t close until 2am. It was very hard to get to sleep through the loud music. If you struggle with sleep this might not be the best hotel for you. "

On the night of December 31st, my sister and I returned late from a gathering and placed an order around 2:30 a.m. Despite the late hour, the team called to confirm the order and delivered freshly cooked, hot food within an hour. That level of service and care truly stood out and made us feel very well looked after. The restaurants were equally impressive, offering high-quality food with a great variety. I also loved spending time at the Sky Lounge. I met friends there a few times and thoroughly enjoyed the live music, ambiance, and overall vibe of the place. What really sets ITC Royal Bengal apart is the balance of luxury, warmth, and professionalism. Every interaction, from the front desk to dining and housekeeping, reflected genuine hospitality. I would absolutely choose to stay here again whenever I visit Kolkata to see friends and family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined, comfortable, and memorable stay."
