Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated...

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. "SanSal was in the perfect location close to Old Town Chania, the light house and nice restaurants. The Sea view area was worth the money with the breakfast being an additional bonus. The staff ate all wonderful and they will make you cappuccinos and eggs cooked how you would like them. The ham and cheese omelet was superb! Alexa at the front desk was a gem in providing us a detailed map of the perfect suggestions to do in Crete from hikes to exploring caves and beaches! We loved it here so much...
